Alex Wolf

High Performance Consultant

Performance Review | Learning Design | Practitioner & Team Development

From review to design to development: aligning people, practice, and performance.

With over two decades in high-performance sport, I work with teams and organisations to diagnose performance, design smarter ways of working, and develop the people who deliver results. My approach combines evidence-based analysis, practical learning design, and real-world coaching insight turning strategy into sustained success.

What I bring:

  • Independent performance reviews that highlight strengths, uncover blind spots, and produce clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Bespoke learning design that transforms knowledge into applied skills for coaches, practitioners, and leaders.
  • Practitioner and team development programmes that build capability, confidence, and alignment.
  • High-performance strategy support informed by decades of experience across Olympic sport, professional clubs, and national performance systems.
  • Facilitation and co-design to ensure solutions are practical, inclusive, and owned by the people who implement them.

Grounded in experience and driven by results, my work connects insight with action helping people and teams perform with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
